ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
A fast growing and top largest company in East and central Africa is expanding operations to Mombasa. We are are seeking to hire administrative secretary to perform the following task:

*RESPONSIBILITIES *

-answering calls, taking
messages and handling correspondence

-maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

-typing, preparing and collating reports

-organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

-managing databases

-prioritising workloads

*QUALIFICATIONS *

-Good communication skills

-Basic computer knowledge
-20 years and above
-Within Meru and environs

-Diploma in Secretarial studies or relevant field.
